01 / Who we are

The people behind this site.

Sugoi runs the Sugoi creator program at sugoi-ugc.62-171-142-52.nip.io. A small agency team operates the site and the review process on our behalf. Contact for anything on this page: info@sugoicollections.com.

02 / What we collect

Only what the program needs.

When you apply

• Your name, email, phone (optional), Instagram and TikTok handles (optional) and your pitch.
• If you want product shipped: your shipping address and, for brands that ship sized goods, your sizing.
• A hashed version of your IP address and your browser type. We keep the hash, not the address. It is there to stop abuse of the form.

When you are in the program

• The raw and edited clips you upload, with the time and the rights text version you accepted.
• Grades, grader notes, points and credit records.
• Links to posts you tell us about.
• If your track needs a kit agreement: the name you typed, the time, the agreement version, a hashed IP and your browser type.
• Package and shipping records.

Technical

• A session cookie when you open your portal. It is essential and does not track you across sites.
• Your light or dark theme choice, stored in your own browser only.
• Server logs with request paths, status codes and timing. We configure logging to leave your form contents out.

We do not run third-party analytics or advertising pixels on this site.

03 / Why we use it

To run the program.

• Review your application and decide on it.
• Ship product to you and track delivery.
• Grade your clips and show you the grade.
• Count points and issue store credit.
• Send you your portal link, deadline reminders and program updates by email.
• Use your clips under the licence in our Terms.
• Keep the site secure and stop abuse.

04 / Who sees it

A short list.

• The Sugoi team and the agency staff who run the program for us.
• Our email platform, which receives your email address, first name and program events so it can send you the emails above.
• Our store, sugoicollections.com, when we issue a gift card to you.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the database and your uploads.

Each of these gets only what it needs for its job. We do not sell your information. We do not hand it to advertisers or data brokers. The apply form promises that we do not share your info with anyone, and this list is the whole story.

Clips you upload can appear publicly under the licence in our Terms: in our ads, on our channels, and as graded examples on this site. Your application details never appear publicly.

05 / How long we keep it

Retention.

• Applications and creator records: while the program runs and you are part of it. Declined applications are deleted on request.
• Raw clips: deleted 30 days after your prove-out closes.
• Edited clips: deleted after 180 days, unless we picked the clip as a graded example or used it in our ads, in which case we keep it while it is in use.
• Points, credit and gift card records: as long as accounting rules require.
• Kit agreements: while the agreement can still apply.

06 / Your choices

What you can ask for.

• Deletion. Email info@sugoicollections.com and we delete your program data. If you have open credit or a live kit agreement we keep the minimum needed to close those out, then delete the rest.
• Correction. Wrong address or handle? Email us and we fix it.
• A copy. Ask and we send you what we hold about you.
• Your clips. The licence you granted does not end when your data is deleted, but we will stop using a clip on request where we reasonably can.

If you live somewhere with specific privacy rights, such as the EU, the UK or California, those rights apply and the email above is the way to use them.

07 / Security

How we protect it.

Data travels over HTTPS. Access to the admin tools needs a staff login and every change is logged. Your IP address is stored only as a keyed hash. Uploads sit on storage that is not public; the only clips anyone can watch without logging in are the graded examples we chose to show.

08 / Changes

Updates to this policy.

If we change this policy in a way that matters we update this page and email the address on file. The version at the top tells you which text applies.
